SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration

SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration captures the wonder of the holiday season with seasonal decorations, shows, characters, events, and activities for the whole family. From now through January 5, more than 100 acres of the park are decked out with all of the holiday trimmings, including a giant Christmas tree with sea-themed decorations. The Tunnel of Lights returns for the third year, with a walk-through experience featuring more than 5,000 lights that are activated by holiday music. Guests are invited to stroll through the park and sip hot chocolate with candy toppings, while posing for photo opportunities and discovering fun-filled surprises.

In addition to seasonal events, guests can enjoy all the fun SeaWorld has to offer year-round. Tidal Twister is an infinity-loop coaster and Electric Eel is San Diego’s tallest and fastest coaster. Orca Encounter offers a live documentary-style presentation that helps park guests gain a deeper appreciation and respect for orcas. There is also a 100,000-gallon aquarium with bat rays and other marine life; the Turtle Reef attraction, featuring a 280,000-gallon turtle aquarium, interactive game, touch-screen turtle map and ride; and nearly 400 penguins representing six species at the Penguin Encounter.
