This winter, the Del Mar Fairgrounds will be transformed into San Diego’s holiday headquarters at Coastal Christmas Del Mar. The Del Mar Fairgrounds hosts a Coastal Christmas Holiday Festival with holiday lights and attractions at the Del Mar Fairgrounds at 2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd. Highlights include a walk-through display of more than 1 million lights, holiday skating, holiday market, Frosty’s Fun Zone and Santa and Friends. Igloos and fire pit tables can be reserved for cozying up with some hot cocoa. Free photo ops with Santa, S’mores kits, festive food, and drinks will be sold.
HOLIDAY SKATING • Skating Rink
Kids (and adults who are kids-at-heart) can glide around the synthetic ice rink, in a festive holiday setting, with Christmas music to get you in the holiday spirit.
GLOW • 1 Million Glowing Lights
Sip on hot cocoa while you stroll through a million festive lights! This winter wonderland of glowing lights are here to make your holidays bright.
PRIVATE IGLOO RENTAL
Rent an igloo or a Fire Pit Table for a private party. These comfy rentals are wonderful to create your perfect holiday experience along with a cup of hot cocoa.
