Echo is a tale about evolution and the symbiotic relationships that our lives depend on. Cirque du Soleil’s Echo performance lands in Laguna Hills from May 23 to June 29, and adds fresh and unexpected turns to its Big Top magic.
This new performance combines poetry, stagecraft, daring acrobatics, and technology, and explores the delicate balance between people, animals, and the world we all share. Echo’s main heroine, Future, along with other characters, discover that their life choices have the potential to influence the world, as they progress through the stages of evolution. They are motivated to work together to piece together the kind of planet we all wish to live on. Cirque du Soleil’s Echo allows the audience to join in a world of color, inspired by youth’s optimism, their inventive power, and the value of empathy.
