The (Free) Annual Riverside Lunar Festival is returning in January 27-28. This year is the year of the snake. The snake is the 6th position in the Chinese Zodiac. The snake is associated with wisdom, charm, elegance, and transformation. You’re a snake if you’re born in these years: 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001, 2013, 2025.
Join us for the weekend, at downtown Riverside on Mission Inn Ave, as we celebrate the largest festival in the Riverside Asian community. Enjoy delicious food from the local popups, food trucks, and local restaurants around Riverside. Shop to your heart’s content from local artisans and small business owners, and enjoy cultural performances, Taiko drums, Lion Dance, and Shaolin Kung Fu performances from community clubs. The event is free to attend so bring your friends and family and enjoy the festivities of the Lunar New Year!
