The San Diego Jewish Film Festival returns to San Diego theatres February 7 through 18. The mission of the film festival is to offer outstanding world cinema in San Diego that portrays the Jewish experience from contemporary and historic perspectives. The festival showcases several of the best contemporary Jewish-themed films from around the world, celebrating life, human rights and freedom of expression.  

The Joyce Forum Short Film Showcase recognizes outstanding Jewish-themed short-subject films from all over the world. The showcase offers a variety of incredible short films in a collection of four amazing programs, where the talents of filmmakers are demonstrated in their ability to tell a story quickly and effectively. A distinguished panel of industry experts select the top films in five categories.
