18th Annual San Diego Bay Wine and Food Festival

Truly San Diego’s premier wine and food festival, and named as the Best General Food Festival by USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Travel Award Contest, the San Diego Bay Wine and Food Festival features an extraordinary week of dozens of events, hundreds of domestic and international wines, craft beers and spirits, local culinary legends and nationally recognized celebrities at several venues throughout San Diego. The weeklong festival of wine, food, and culture runs from November 8 to 12, with a Grand Tasting extravaganza on November 11, on Embarcadero Marina Park North along the boat harbor inlet. Attendees will eat and sip for hours while watching sailboats and yachts cruise by and with an exquisite San Diego City skyline as a backdrop.

The festival celebrates San Diego’s vibrant culinary community with gourmet dining experiences, tastings, wine and cooking classes, expeditions and educational panels. There are tantalizing tastes from over 60 restaurants and 30 gourmet food companies and more than 700 wine and beer selections from domestic and international wineries. Celebrated national chefs, local culinary rock stars, winemakers and brew masters, authors, sommeliers and mixologists all come together for this festival. Recent chefs have included the best of the best, including: Bernard Guillas from The Marine Room, Chad White from Zona Blanca, Dakota Weiss from Sweetfin Poke, Gale Gand from TRU and Mike Arquines from Mostra Coffee, and Sam Zein, better known as Sam the Cooking Guy.
